The first link refers to great ambient music comming from Oslo. A solo project by Sigurd Borge Kristoffersen who recently played a concert in Berlin.
Second band is "Level Spaces" . Their members are originally from Brasil and Australia but you can watch them performing in the streets of Berlin regulary.
